It is a Directive Transformation Process (DTP) in which an X-ray of the efficiency of leadership is obtained, and is determined what would be the most appropriate style according to the Level of Preparation of the collaborators. The Leader Environment Impact (LEI) is included in this process, where feedback is obtained from the closest environment of collaborators, very useful to redefine strategies and outline behaviors.
