Many companies focus on diversity in the workplace. How to increase it, how to promote sensitivity towards it and how to manage a heterogeneous workforce.

The effectiveness of a team is based on its diversity. The greater number of roles
there are among the members of the same team, the greater will be their robustness and ease of reaching their objectives. With diversity, the “purpose of a company” is redefined. Shareholder earnings become another objective and there is talk of protecting the environment, promoting the same diversity, inclusion, dignity and respect. The meaning, now, is “to create value for all stakeholders.” All of this will result in a more balanced and inclusive capitalism.
